Dear Esteemed GTO Members -

We hope this message finds you well.

As we continue on our journey with Global Transport Organization (GTO), we are thrilled to share some exciting updates with you about our network and the direction in which we are heading.

First and foremost, we want to express our sincere thanks and gratitude for

your unwavering dedication and commitment to GTO. Your hard work and

collaboration over the years have been instrumental in our success thus far, and we are truly proud to have such a dynamic team of accomplished companies representing GTO around the world.

We are pleased to announce that we are actively working on improving our network to better serve our clients and partners. We are investing a massive amount of time and energy in GTO website updates, development and systems to enhance the efficiency and reliability of all our services worldwide. We are fully dedicated to ensuring we can meet and exceed the performance expectations of our valued GTO Members.

Furthermore, we are excited to share the fact that we are deep into the process of

expanding our reach into new markets and territories. We have very ambitious

long-term goals and a clear vision to grow and strengthen the GTO network for the benefit of all GTO Members. Our plans and activities of expansion represent new opportunities for collaboration and growth throughout the GTO Network. We are confident that together with the participation of our dynamic GTO Members, we shall achieve great success.

As we embark on this journey of growth and expansion, we wish to assure every GTO Member of the fact our core values and principles remain unchanged from those envisioned by GTO with the founding in 1997. Integrity, excellence, and customer satisfaction continue to guide everything we do at GTO HQ. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.

GTO was founded in 1997 by Darrell Summers, Sr., and he served as Chairman for 26 years and recently made the decision to step down from the position. Mr. Summers thought it appropriate for a new generation to lead the GTO Network into the future. The GTO Board of Directors elected me as the new Chairman. However, Mr. Summers is not retiring or leaving GTO. As he has a wealth of knowledge and experience, he has accepted the position of Executive Director of GTO and shall be involved with GTO on a long-term basis.

We encourage every GTO Member to stay informed and engaged as we move forward with our plans for expansion and growth. Your input and feedback as GTO Members are invaluable as we strive to build a stronger and more resilient global logistics network that delivers exceptional value to our GTO Member partners.

In closing, we want to once again express our very deep gratitude for your

continued support and dedication. Together, we will continue to elevate GTO to new heights of success and excellence.
